Our next Speaker – Paul Harris

Paul is well known to many of our regular attendees as our official host and “Master of Ceremonies” of Inspire Property Network.  But what many people may not know is that Paul runs a successful training, coaching and consultancy business called Real Success Ltd which specialises in helping businesses to Recruit, Engage, and Align their staff creating the Leaders of the future.  He also has a vibrant life coaching practice and also runs The Family Business Practice based in Solihull (a business growth and networking group for Family enterprises) and The Divine Business Network in Solihull and Sutton Coldfield (a discussion group for  Christians in business).

Paul will be leading a personal development session centred around understanding your own personality style and how this can effect how you build rapport with clients, suppliers, joint venture partners, and tenants.  You’ll discover your own style using a unique system thaf Paul has developed called ‘VITA Profiling’ and you’ll leave the session with some clues on how to spot the styles of others.  It will be a revealing, fascinating and useful talk that will leave you wondering just how you managed to build your business or career without this knowledge and awareness.   And as it’s Paul – it will be delivered with his usual blend of humour and wisdom.
